brothy beans on a cloudy day ☁️ preparing these couldn’t be any simpler — open and pour a can / box / jar of cooked butter beans into a pot, bean liquid and all, top with a splash of water, then throw in a stock cube or some stock powder and warm the beans through. serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon and a loving drizzle of olive oil, then top with whatever herbs you have and like. season with chili flakes and/or black pepper + a good pinch of flaky sea salt & serve hot, with a slice or two of good bread ( or not )✨
